Our Story

EXO Bar & Lounge of Edwardsville blends inspired cuisine, signature cocktails, and immersive event experiences into one vibrant social destination. Founded by Gina Gamblin, EXO first opened its doors on December 30, 2019. Almost exactly two years later, a tragic fire destroyed the building—but not the vision. Since then, Gamblin has led the determined effort to rebuild, reimagine, and elevate EXO into what it is today.

The cocktail lounge offers a refined yet inviting atmosphere, where guests can unwind with handcrafted cocktails, artisanal mocktails, and thoughtfully curated small plates. The menu balances comfort and creativity—featuring all-day breakfast favorites, shareable bites, and signature dishes including fish and chips, lamb lollipops, and a truffle club sandwich, alongside fresh salads and indulgent desserts.
